1. General Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and interactions with natalpath.com (“Natalpath,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein.

Natalpath reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on this page and applies immediately to all transactions, including those previously placed but not yet fulfilled.

 

2. Shipment and Delivery

Delivery takes place as soon as your product is ready for dispatch.

You can generally expect delivery within 10–14 working days, though delivery times may vary based on location and demand. During holidays or peak periods, shipments may take longer.

Natalpath is not liable for any delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including (but not limited to):

supplier delays, natural disasters, customs inspection, postal issues, political restrictions, strikes, import regulations, pandemics, or customer inaction (such as incomplete address details).

Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the Customer to cancel, refuse, or seek compensation.

We ship from facilities in Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, and your order will be shipped from the location closest to your destination where possible.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

International deliveries may take up to 20 business days due to customs and import checks.

Natalpath shall not be liable for lost or delayed packages caused by courier or postal providers, nor for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authority.

If your package has not arrived within 20 days of shipment, please contact us via our Support Page within 60 days of purchase. Failure to contact within that time waives the right to any claim.

 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on natalpath.com are inclusive of applicable VAT or GST where required, and exclusive of shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.

We accept major international credit cards, PayPal, and other regionally supported processors. All payments are securely processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Natalpath and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

 

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your personal and payment information during transmission. Your data is stored securely and used only to fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Natalpath never stores full credit card details and does not share financial information with third parties except payment processors authorized to complete your transaction.

 

5. Marketing and Communication

As part of our service, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You may also receive marketing emails related to products and services we believe may interest you.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting us through our Support Page.

We comply with all applicable data privacy laws, including the GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, CCPA, and Australian Privacy Principles.

 

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All products, reports, written materials, and digital content produced by natalpath.com remain the intellectual property of Natalpath until payment is received in full.

After purchase, Customers are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the purchased content.

Reproduction, distribution, or public display of Natalpath’s materials (including digital reports, designs, website content, and graphics) without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Following delivery, Natalpath retains the right to reference anonymized examples or designs in its marketing materials.

 

7. Right of Return / Cancellation Policy

Each Natalpath report and hardcover book is custom-made and personalized using your unique birth data. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible once your order is placed.

Customers are responsible for verifying that all personal information (including date, time, and place of birth) is accurate prior to submission.

In exceptional cases where a cancellation is granted at Natalpath’s discretion, the refund amount will be limited to the purchase price minus transaction and processing fees incurred by Natalpath.

For digital Online Birth Chart Reports, Natalpath offers a 14-day limited money-back guarantee, subject to eligibility requirements. This guarantee is provided as a gesture of goodwill and not as a statutory right of withdrawal, as each report is custom-created using personal birth data unique to the customer.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official Support Page within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a detailed written explanation of the issue. Natalpath reserves the right to require verifiable documentation, including a notarized statement, proof of financial hardship, or evidence of a material defect in the product before any refund is considered.

Subjective dissatisfaction, disagreement with the astrological interpretation, or disliking the reading’s conclusions do notqualify for a refund. Astrology is inherently interpretive, and the insights offered are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of specific outcomes. Refund requests made solely on the basis of “not liking the results” or “not resonating with the report” are considered fraudulent and constitute a misuse of this policy.

This money-back guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Hardcover printed books (personalized, print-to-order products)

  • Bundled purchases that include both digital and hardcover versions

  • Cases where a digital refund is requested after the customer has ordered a hardcover book

 

  • The customer has opened the delivery email or accessed the digital download link.

  • The customer has downloaded, viewed, printed, or otherwise accessed the digital report, in whole or in part.

  • The digital download system or email tracking confirms the report was successfully delivered, opened, or retrieved.

Refund eligibility will be determined exclusively at Natalpath’s discretion, and all approved refunds will be subject to administrative, processing, and service fees deducted from the original amount paid.

Customers agree to contact Natalpath directly for all refund inquiries prior to initiating any credit card dispute or chargeback.

By filing a chargeback or dispute instead of following the official refund process, the customer waives their eligibility for any refund, and such actions will be treated as a breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination and potential collection of associated legal, administrative, and recovery costs.

Natalpath reserves the right to report fraudulent or abusive refund attempts to the appropriate authorities, payment processors, and credit bureaus as contractual or financial misconduct.

 

8. Complaints and Defects

If you receive a product with visible defects or printing issues, please contact us within 60 days via our Support Page.

Natalpath will review your case and may, at its discretion, issue a corrected version, replacement, or suitable resolution.

Minor variations (such as color tones, formatting, or typographic differences) that do not materially alter the product are not considered defects.

Natalpath is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer during the ordering process.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalpath and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers disclaim all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Delay or failure in delivery

  • Loss of data or profits

  • Use of or reliance on the website or reports

  • Misinterpretation of astrological information

In all cases, Natalpath’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and remains valid under the California Civil Code, UCC, Australian Consumer Law, UK Sale of Goods Act, Canadian Consumer Protection Acts, and equivalent statutes globally.

 

10. Disclaimer and Content Accuracy

All Natalpath content, including written reports, website materials, and digital readings, is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Natalpath does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any astrological interpretations or predictions. Astrology is intended as a tool for reflection and personal insight, not for medical, financial, or legal decision-making.

Nothing on natalpath.com constitutes professional medical, legal, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

By purchasing or using Natalpath’s services, you acknowledge that astrological interpretations are subjective and agree that Natalpath shall not be held liable for actions taken based on the content provided.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For U.S. residents, including those in California, these Terms also comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Civil Code §1789.3.

By using this site, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
