Refund policy

For digital Online Birth Chart Reports, Natalpath offers a 14-day limited money-back guarantee under specific and verifiable circumstances only. This guarantee is a discretionary courtesy, not a statutory right of withdrawal, as every report is individually created based on each customer’s unique birth data.

Refund requests must be submitted via the official Support Page within 14 days of purchase and include a written explanation clearly detailing the reason for the request. Natalpath reserves the right to require verifiable documentation— including, but not limited to, a notarized statement, proof of financial hardship, or evidence of a technical or material defect — before a refund can be reviewed.

Subjective dissatisfaction (for example, “the reading didn’t resonate,” “I disagree with the interpretation,” or “I didn’t like the outcome”) is not considered a valid basis for refund. Astrology is interpretive by nature, and the resulting report is not a guaranteed prediction or promise. Refund claims based solely on personal disagreement with the content are deemed fraudulent misuse of this policy.

 

Refund Exclusions

Refunds cannot and will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The customer has opened the delivery email or accessed the digital download link.

  • The customer has downloaded, viewed, printed, or otherwise accessed the digital report, in whole or in part.

  • The digital download system or email tracking confirms the report was successfully delivered, opened, or retrieved.

  • The order includes a hardcover printed book (all print products are personalized and non-returnable).

  • The order consists of a bundle that includes both a digital and hardcover version.

  • The customer requests a refund for a digital report after ordering a hardcover book, regardless of whether the digital report was opened.

Once the digital content has been accessed — which includes opening the delivery email, previewing the link, or downloading the file — the right to a refund automatically expires. This is in accordance with international consumer protection principles for personalized digital goods.

Refund Review Process

Refund eligibility is determined solely at Natalpath’s discretion and only after verifying that:

  • The report was never accessed, downloaded, or opened; and

  • The reason for the request is supported by sufficient, verifiable documentation.

All approved refunds will be subject to administrative, payment processing, and service fees, deducted from the total amount originally paid.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact Natalpath directly for all refund or service concerns before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Filing a credit card or PayPal dispute instead of following our official process constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in:

  • Immediate account and service suspension;

  • Recovery of all associated dispute and legal costs; and

  • Reporting of fraudulent activity to payment processors, credit bureaus, and, where applicable, authorities.

Natalpath reserves the right to pursue reimbursement and damages arising from any fraudulent chargeback, false claim, or unauthorized refund attempt.
